Amy is in her second season as assistant softball coach at Shawnee State. During her playing career she hit lifetime batting average of.333, had a .924 fielding percentage and 121 career assists at shortstop.  She also led the Lady Bears to their first National Tournament. She was a four time All-MOC and four time All-District Player.  She was also inducted into the inaugural Shawnee Athletics Hall of Fame.  Amy is married and the mother of three boys.  Her goal as a coach is to help get Shawnee State back to the Nationals and win a National Championship alongside her father Head Softball Coach Ralph Cole.
