PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Men's Soccer) – Shawnee State scored twice in less than a minute to take a 2-1 advantage over Milligan College on Saturday at Shawnee Turf, but an 87th minute score and a golden goal in the 98th minute sent the Bears to a 3-2 defeat.

Neither team got on the scoreboard in the opening 45 minutes, setting up for a thrilling second half. The Buffaloes put the first mark in the book, as Jesse Ramoya netted a score in the 65th minute.

WILMORE, Ky. (Men's Soccer) – Ben Pulsford (JR/Slough, England) scored in the 19th minute to send the Shawnee State men's soccer team into 1-1 tie at halftime against Asbury University, but the Eagles found the back of the net twice in the final 45 minutes to defeat the Bears 3-1 at the Asbury Soccer Field.

Asbury scored the first goal of the contest when Austin O'Brien scored in the third minute following an assist from Chris Israel.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Men's Soccer) – Joe Lamont (SO/Edinburgh, Scotland) scored in the 52nd minute and Clement Osei-Bonsu (SO/Columbus, Ohio) tallied a pair of goals just three minutes apart to erase a 3-0 Saint Francis lead, but a goal from Mitchell Holloway in the 88th minute pushed the Cougars to a 4-3 victory over SSU on Sunday in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Saint Francis looked to take a commanding lead in the first half, as Jason Walcutt put the squad on his back in the opening 45 minutes. The senior scored three times, first just nine minutes into the contest.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Men's Soccer) – The Shawnee State took a 1-0 advantage on a header from Connor Sherman in the 39th minute, but the Warriors responded less than two minutes later with an goal of their own to push the contest on Saturday to a 1-1 draw.

Sherman's header came from a cross from Avery Patton which the junior redirected into the back of the net for his first score of the season.

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Men's Soccer) – Joseph Webster (SR/Kendal, Cumbria United Kingdom) notched a pair of goals in the first half and added another in the second to lead the Shawnee State men's soccer team to a season-opening, 3-0, victory over Ohio Valley University on Tuesday afternoon at Shawnee Turf.

Webster connected first in the 12th minute on a header that slipped past the OVU (0-1) keeper. The goal came off an assist from Ben Pulsford (JR/Slough, England).
